Fisherman Tails

Since he moved to Bournemouth from Italy over 35 years ago, Sergio Sist has visited Bournemouth Pier almost every day to fish from the end of the Pier. He spends all day waiting for that big bite that he hopes will reel in his supper. Normally he takes home his catch and uses it to make dinner with, although on unsuccessful days he stops by the supermarket and buys his fish. Sergio reveals the battles amongst fisherman at the end of Bournemouth Pier including ongoing feuds, each fighting for the ‘best spot’ to catch mackerel and other fish.
